Our industry research proved the service Resolve offers is unique in comparison to their competitors. Their business is often compared to physician recruiters who place physicians in jobs on behalf of a hospital, however physician agents work on behalf of the physician.
Physician job placement is highly sought after by physicians because of how overloaded they can be when finishing medical school. Locating the right position can be tedious and time-consuming. Connecting with
an agency that has pre-existing relationships with facilities across the country can be very beneficial.
Competitors’ websites and materials did not provide significant knowledge based on the services they offered and why they were important.
Our goal with the new website was to attract visitors by providing an educational experience on the physician job placement process and explain how Resolve differed from physician recruiters. Resolve has a large team featured in many trade publications so we wanted to maximize the credibility they had earned with experience, recognition, and a strong team.
Once physicians became clients of the agency we wanted to provide an update process so they could see how things were moving along with their job placement. We aimed to increase conversion rates by providing calls to action throughout the site, allowing users to easily convert from any page when they were ready.
We wanted to solidify confidence through RPA’s brand as many of their clients work with them remotely from across the nation and will never meet face to face or visit their office. We suggested a possible rebranding of the business along with the website and they agreed that it was time to update their personality and presence.
After launching RPA’s new website and rebranding their social media platforms with their new identity, site conversions increased by 315% based on site visitors. Site visit duration doubled and bounce rate decreased by 30%. Resolve began using a Client Progress system we implemented on the site to privately show clients their status in the process and which jobs that looked promising.
Resolve’s new brand focused on building client confidence in hiring a full team to help find the perfect job while working remotely. Their brand utilized a compass to depict the concept that they are navigate the job market for you. We leveraged their expertise by providing valuable resources and custom graphic design throughout the site to explain exactly what goes into their services and how they benefit physicians.
The RPA staff was very happy with their final products and have seen positive impacts and increased profitably through their digital advertising efforts.
