Background

Established in 1963, UMSL is one of four universities in the University of Missouri System. Continuing in a legacy of education innovation amongst the system, in 2019. UMSL launched its Doctor of Business Administration program – making them Missouri’s first and only AACSB-accredited DBA program offering research concentrations in all areas of business administration.

We were initially referred to the DBA Department by UMSL Accelerate – an existing video and advertising client fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within UMSL. With the brand new DBA Program at UMSL, the leadership team wanted to share the experiences of the first program’s cohort and professors with potential new scholars. They then challenged our team to put together a multi-faceted series of videos – with a variety of lengths and use cases. We accepted the challenge and the results are still showing today!

Within the clients expected budget, we were able to execute a robust video content strategy – including foundational & advertising video content, alongside “deeper dive” videos for those interested in learning more about the “Academic Program” and the “Experience of the Scholars”. Utilizing these video assets, UMSL has continued to fill the DBA class each year and has returned to us for continued growth.

To accomplish our vision with UMSL DBA – we assembled a full-service video production plan. Our creative team handled everything from start to finish – including pre-production planning, film production and post-production/editing.
